Applicability

The training endowment provides specific services to various categories of citizens.

In order to have access to the training endowment, it is necessary to be a resident or to have a permanent address in Lombardia and be less than 64 years old on the date the request is sent. Furthermore, one of the following requirements must be met:

1) be unemployed, less than 35 years old (full age at the moment when the request is submitted) and have a IV annuity certificate, a high school or university graduation diploma;

2) be the rightful owner of small businesses (1 to 49 employees) that carried out activities before 2009;

3) be self-employed, at least 40 years old, who carried out independent activities after the rejection by the job market in 2009, with a company that is different from the original one.

In order to have access to the services supplied by the training endowment, the unemployed candidates must submit a Statement of Immediate Availability for Work and a copy of the study documents. In case of a diploma obtained abroad, the person must submit a document that is equivalent to those issued by Italian institutions, together with the appropriate translation of the document.

How to apply for the training endowment

For many years, Colfasa has been a centre certified by the Region of Lombardia for providing the training services related to the endowment.

Thus, one must come to the Colfasa offices with the following documents:

• Tax code
• Regional service card (RSC) with the related PIN, in absence of CRS, a valid identity document.
• Copy of the study document. In the case of foreign study documents, the equivalent documents must be obtained, issued by Italian institutions, accompanied by their translation.

The Colfasa operators will fill in the PIP (Personalised Intervention Plan) with the training course and will submit the request to the Regional Information System.

After the request is accepted, the training endowment is assigned.

Notes

A person can only benefit of one endowment (training or work) within the same solar year. The training and the work endowment will not be cumulated with other endowments requested during the previous years, whose Personalise Intervention Plans have not been yet concluded.
