 SIGEMM is an industrial research pilot project in the field of ICT. It stipulates the development of an innovative software application, in a prototype format, to be tested as a company management tool inside manufacturing companies from the field of padded furniture. The project was born from a precise requirement to test new more efficient company management tools by a group of SMEs from the Murgia area from Puglia. SIGEMM project was carried out with the financial contribution of the European Community and the Region of Puglia.

SIGEMM EVOLUTION is an industrial research project in the field of ICT, which stipulates the creation of an IT platform developed for the companies from the sectors of wood and decorations and fashion, from the Region of Puglia. The project has a strategic function: its goal is, through a marketing web oriented platform, to support the trading activities of the companies that operate inside the region. In fact, form the technical perspective, SIGEMM_EVO platform is configured as software specialised in the management of customer relationship management (CRM) activities, a principle oriented towards the loyalty of the customer. The project’s aim is to support the economic system from Puglia, through the adaptation of the companies to the state of art ICT technologies. It has been carried out with funds provided by the European Community and the Region of Puglia.
